the property is clean and fantastic. the staff are exceptional and the room is spotless in extreme comfort. its location is great and beautiful, near to all the surrounding christmas markets and the center of the walking area, beautiful area. love eating outside and there's le baeckeoffe d'alsace, set a short walk to the hotel. the restaurant serves excellent italian food. thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful and absolutely gorgeous hotel located in a beautiful area next to all the surrounding Christmas markets, river, restaurants and other sights and Centre of Old Town Strasbourg. Stylish building and spotless rooms with a very comfortable bed. Very central location, at a short distance from a Catholic cathedral.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk away from the main cathedral. The room we stayed in was spotless and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee supplies, and even a mini-bar. The terrace was a great addition, and we especially appreciated the garden furniture which allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space comfortably. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from arrival. We also really appreciated the dry cleaning service and housekeeping.

We recommend this hotel to families as well.

The room was romantic and updated, included with pull-out couch as well as with lot of sun.

Very characterful hotel, in an excellent location, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. It was a fifteen minute walk on the flat from the station yet in the heart of the picturesque old quarter. We had a lovely spa to ourselves for 2 hours each day, the cost of which was included in our room rate. Never spent so long in a jacuzzi before! Much needed after tramping the streets of Strasbourg. Soft drinks in the minibar were also included.

Breakfast was expensive. As it was not included in the price, we went round the corner to have breakfast in the plentiful local cafes. The hotel was pricey but the facilities, staff and decor were excellent, so worth the money.

Big size good value hotel with a marvellous and brilliant location near a center of Strasbourg and the supermarket and the interior garden. The room was spotless with angled ceiling and a view on the interior garden, as for instance, excellent service.

Well decorated and top-notch room, with nice french decor, very friendly staff. Beautiful decoration in the rooms, comfortable location. Excellent service too. The check out is late.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. We had great meals in the hotel; visited Le Troquet des Kneckes based not far away.
